How it works

1. Select the duration of hire

2. Add the products you want to the cart

3. Click on Checkout

4. Either sign up for an account or continue as guest

5. Fill in your details, along with details on the intended equipment usage

6. Agree to the Hire Terms and Conditions

7. Click on Complete checkout

8. You'll receive an email confirming the rental request, along with the product details

9. Fretsonic will then get back to you with a formal quotation

10. Once the quotation has been agreed upon, we'll confirm with you the pickup/drop-off addresses and dates/times

11. Upon the return of the equipment, an invoice will be issued with the payment details included (Payment can be via credit card or NZ bank transfer)
